Digital Information Management
The Digital Information Management Program (DIMP) identifies and promote solutions to ensure long-term preservation and ready and permanent public access to born-digital and digitized information produced by (or on behalf of) North Carolina state government.
The DIMP is responsible for the administration of the:

Access to State Government Information Initiative (ASGII), an LSTA grant-funded project to preserve the publications of North Carolina state government,
-
CINCH, an application to collect, ingest, and authenticate born-digital publications and records, funded through an IMLS Sparks! Ignition grant,
-
North Carolina Digital Collections (with the State Archives), and
-
NCpedia and similar online digital information products.
