General Cataloging Services
In addition to services to State Agencies, other cataloging efforts at the Government and Heritage Library (GHL) benefit all North Carolina librarians.
As an independent NACO library the GHL contributes North Carolina people, corporations, state agency names, and geographic headings to the Library of Congress’ Name Authority File to promote ease of access to materials by or about North Carolina.
