NOBLE - North Carolina BARD Local
NOBLE (North Carolina BARD Local) is a service similar to BARD but for locally produced digital braille and digital talking books and magazines available for download. Digital talking books and digital braille volumes will be added quarterly as they become available. Please note that all digital talking books available from NOBLE are produced in an alternate format that can only be read on an NLS approved player. Just like BARD, downloaded audio files are zipped and need to be unzipped onto a flash drive to play.
