LSTA Grant Awards, 2011-2012

The State Library of North Carolina, a Division of the Department of Cultural Resources, is pleased to announce Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant awards for 2011-2012. Two hundred nineteen (219) applications were considered in nine categories and requests for funds totaled $5,346,910. One hundred twenty-six (126) projects have been approved for funding totaling $4,396,400. These awards are made possible by LSTA grant funding from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), a federal grant making agency.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Funded libraries must not commit or expend any grant or matching funds until representatives of the library and the State Library sign grant agreements.
