As our state, and indeed the nation, struggles with an economic crisis not seen since the Great Depression, services to support North Carolina's residents are especially crucial. Many of the services identified on this site are free or are provided at reduced cost to support individuals and families struggling to make ends meet.
While this site identifies many state and federal government resources available to the residents of North Carolina, there are other resources that may also be useful in these challenging times.
