NC FORECLOSURE HELP is an official site of the State of North Carolina. It provides general information about foreclosures and steps people may take to avoid foreclosure. It is a partnership between the NC Office of the Commissioner of Banks, the Office of the Attorney General for the State of North Carolina, the NC Department of State Treasurer, the NC Office of the Governor and NC Housing Finance Agency.

NC HOUSING SEARCH is a partnership between the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency, the Community Investment Corporation of the Carolinas, the Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation and the NC Department of Health and Human Services. NC WEATHERIZATION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM exists to assist low-income citizens reduce expenses by implementing energy-efficiency measures in their homes. A Heating and Air Repair program also works to assist low-income citizens to repair or replace inefficient air systems.
