Report Forms - 2004-2005 Grant Projects Due date was: October 15, 2005

The overviews explain briefly which types of libraries are eligible for particular grant programs. Check the Guidelines for each program to determine further eligibility criteria.  Submission deadline:  February 20, 2004.

CIPA Certification Information should be carefully reviewed by ALL applicants.  ALL applicants will be required to submit certain documentation relating to CIPA as outlined in the CIPA Certification Guidelines for LSTA Grant Applicants.
