November 8, 2011	Letters of Intent due NC Cardinal applications due
November 15, 2011	Grant applications posted
December 16, 2011	Letter of Intent and NC Cardinal applicants notified Project Grant application forms provided to approved libraries
February 16, 2012	EZ and Project Grant applications due (including year 2 or 3)
