North Carolina state government employees are the primary clientele for the State Library's Government & Heritage Library. All work-related inquiries from North Carolina state agency employees may be submitted to:

Inquiries and comments may be submitted by researchers, educators, students and libraries using the same address as above.
General reference inquiries from residents not pertaining to North Carolina and its government, history, demographics, etc. should be submitted to a public library or school library (if a student). Links to some libraries in North Carolina may be found below:
