Outreach Request Form

The North Carolina Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped Outreach department delivers presentations on library services, conducts workshops on using library services, and attends events for potential patron populations. We will be pleased visit to your organization, provided that we have the staff available at the date and time requested. To better accommodate requests, please make your submission 6 weeks in advance of the event date.
