The Government and Heritage Library (GHL) is pleased to offer Paratext U.S. Documents Masterfile and ProQuest Primary Sources Essential Package- U.S Gov Docs as trials for our patrons through June 2020.

Paratext U.S. Documents Masterfile is a resource for American public and political documents from 1774 to the present day. U.S. Documents Masterfile includes 15 million citations with 10 million links to foundational full-text U.S. government publications. Many files are updated daily or weekly, alongside hard-to-find historical materials.

ProQuest Primary Sources Essential Package- U.S Gov. Docs

ProQuest Primary Sources Essential Package- U.S Gov Docs is a comprehensive archive of congressional publications. It offers digital access to full-text government documents and other research materials. The primary source bundle includes Congressional Base with Historic Indexes, Serial Set, Congressional Hearings and Congressional Research Digital collections. 

Who can access these databases? 

Anyone can access Paratext U.S. Documents Masterfile and ProQuest Primary Sources Essential Package- U.S Gov Docs using your GHL library card. These trials are available on a temporary basis only. These databases will be available through June 2020.
