Description: This position consists of two primary functions: Director of Library Services and Archivist. The Director of Library Services administers all aspects of library services in support of academic programs, faculty teaching, and student learning. Provides vision and strategic direction for library services in alignment with the college mission. Advocates for the library, supervises all library personnel, oversees the development and management of budget, planning, coordination and supervision of policies and procedures for the library. The Archivist organizes and directs the operations of the Rockingham County Historical Collections (RCHC), and the RCC College Archives, both of which are housed in the James Library.

Qualifications: American Library Association (ALA Accredited) Masters in Library Science (MLS) or Master of Science in Library Science (MSLS).
