Description: The Mary Livermore Library’s mission is toprovide informational support to the teachingand research programs at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. The Assistant Director for Technical Service and System Librarian provides leadership administering the varied specialized systems (ILS, LibGuides, Website, etc.) unique to the library. This position also enables collaborative efforts with other university partners (DoIt, Marketing, etc.) to ensure cooperative efforts. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help lead the technological advancement of the library. Reporting to the Director of Technical Services, and working closely with other library directors, this position provides technical expertise, day-to-day administration, and broad support.
Qualifications: MLS/MLIS degree from ALA-accredited school or equivalent degree.
