Description: University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW) is seeking an Associate Director of Academic & Research Engagement. The Associate Director provides expertise and leadership for Academic and Research Engagement, one of five major functional divisions in the University of North Carolina Wilmington’s Randall Library. This position oversees the library’s subject liaisons, information literacy program, and areas of the scholarly research services program including research data management, scholarly communications, and digital scholarship. This position also serves as a member of Randall Library’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) which is responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the library and its services, spaces, and resources.
Qualifications: Experience delivering liaison/subject librarian, information literacy, and/or functional expert programs in libraries. Demonstrated experience in coordinating a library service or program.
