Description: This position is responsible for the tracking, collection, and reporting of debt from overdue, damaged, and lost items borrowed from the Main Campus and Music Libraries. This position reconciles daily money transactions in preparation for daily deposit. Errors are investigated, documented, reported, and resolved. The position also provides customer service at the library service desk and assists with other department services, including holds, course reserves, interlibrary loan/document delivery pulling/scanning/mailing, in-office services to faculty/staff, re-shelving and maintaining the physical collection, and supervising student employees.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalency and two years of experience in library services, office support, or related field; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
