Description:
- Plan, implement, and evaluate a wide range of engaging activities, workshops, and library programming with emphasis on entrepreneurship, small business support, and job readiness
- Plan, implement, and evaluate adaptable themed-learning experiences for outreach, with emphasis on entrepreneurship, small business support, and job readiness for underserved populations
- Provide excellent customer service within the Library’s Small Business Center and other spaces including library programming, one-on-one assistance, and outreach
- Provide excellent customer service at other service points when needed
- Provide excellent internal customer service in a team-based environment
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of the Main Library Manager
- Assist with monitoring and answering LibAnswers/LibChat
- Perform related tasks as required or requested
Qualifications:
- Public Library experience
- Considerable experience working with entrepreneurs and small businesses
- Considerable experience working with underserved populations
- Ability to communicate in Spanish
Salary: $52,730 - $54,000
