Description: The Collection Stacks Coordinator will oversee the moving and preparation of collections stored in Wilson Special Collection Library in anticipation of the construction phase of a planned Infrastructure project. Under the direction of the Heads of Technical Services for Special Collections and in consultation with Preservation and Conservation Services and Research and Instructional Services, the Collection Stacks Coordinator will assist in providing direction and coordination of moving, storing, safeguarding, and accessing collections in preparation for and during the infrastructure project.
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex and sensitive situations independently and solve problems. Demonstrated ability to work productively, collaboratively, and diplomatically with stakeholders inside and outside the organization.
