Description: Provides leadership, direction and professional guidance in the delivery of library services in Tyrrell County. Supervises staff of 4. Responsible for all operations and management of a very active county library. Must have experience in library and office technology, library programing, personnel management, budgeting, and computer skills. Must be able to pitch in and help the staff when needed and perform reference and desk duties. Reports to the Director of the Regional Library.
Qualifications: MLS from ALA-accredited institution; minimum three years of public library experience; supervisory experience; eligible for NC Public Librarian Certification
