Cultural Sensitivity: Inclusive Communication with Dr. Denise Dennis
In this session, attendees will learn how to overcome the barriers and challenges to effective communication across cultures, genders, and styles. The session will provide tools to foster more effective communication across a diverse workforce and community. This training series will allow library staff to improve their cultural competency and communication skills when interacting with colleagues, library patrons, and the community at large.
