Description: The Department Head, Information Technology, plays a leadership role in defining technology requirements for library wide initiatives and developing infrastructure to support the Libraries’ ambitious technology agenda, ensuring the Libraries’ success today and in the future. Leads a service-oriented program that builds, supports, and extends information technology solutions for the Libraries. Manages the department, including strategy, planning, policy, and personnel matters. Fosters the professional development of staff to meet the challenges of a rapidly changing environment. Oversees IT-managed budgets, IT procurement, and inventory.
Qualifications: Master’s degree and at least two (2) years’ relevant experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience; or Bachelor’s degree with at least three (3) years’ relevant experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Minimum Salary: $115,000
