Description: The Duke University Medical Center Library & Archives is seeking a dynamic and proactive individual for our Digital Library Initiatives and Information Technology team with a focus on developing a portfolio of projects that provide business and research intelligence. The Data Projects Analyst collaborates in the creation of user-friendly reporting tools and dashboards, tracking institutional author publication data, aggregating library resource usage, and tracking institutional compliance with the NIH public access policy. As part of the Information Technology team, the Analyst also collaborates with other Library IT staff on IT projects, such as web services and licensed applications, and provides backup support for hardware and software issues.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, mathematics, statistics or social sciences or Master's degree in Information Sciences. Knowledge of both statistical analysis and interpretation generally acquired through at least two years of relevant experience. Experience creating, maintaining and reporting from custom databases. Experience with visualization tools andtechniques.
