Description: The Digitization Technician supports the Digital Production Center’s digitization operations and specialists. The technician will digitize analog materials that include manuscripts, books, and a variety of collections from Duke University Libraries and other University holdings to meet the Libraries’ goals for preserving collections and providing online resources.

Qualifications: Education requirements for this position include a Bachelor's or higher degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience. In terms of experience, the role requires a minimum of 6 months in providing support and/or carrying out digital projects that involve the use of digitization equipment that is directly related to the competencies, knowledge, and skills needed to be successful.

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
