Description: Under the direction of the Dean of Teaching and Learning, performs managerial functions in directing and carrying out library operations to provide educational, informational, and cultural reading and multimedia opportunities for staff, students, faculty, and local citizens. This role provides comprehensive library services by supporting users at the circulation desk, delivering reference and research assistance, and guiding students in understanding assignments. Responsibilities include teaching information literacy and library instruction in multiple formats, conducting orientations, and collaborating with faculty on innovative instruction and services. The position manages collection development, cataloging, electronic resources, and library systems, while maintaining web content and records. It also supports budgeting, evaluates emerging technologies, contributes to policy development and planning, and performs personnel, inventory, and day-to-day operational duties as needed. 

Qualifications: Master's Degree in Library Science required. Five - Seven years of experience in an academic library preferred. Three - Five years of experience in a supervisory capacity preferred. 

Salary: $49,574.00 - $73,263.00
