Directs Cumberland County Public Library community engagement activities, initiatives and opportunities, including digital navigation, outreach opportunities, and home delivery services. Oversees NC Cardinal resource sharing activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of resource delivery and management. Cultivates and maintains strategic relationships and partnerships within the community so that the library can better serve customers where they are. Evaluates the effectiveness of partnerships and seeks innovative ways to reach the community.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in Library Science and four (4) years of experience of professional library experience, including three (3) years library supervisory experience working with all levels of library personnel; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary: $60,773.18 to $67,663.68
