Description: Performs complex tasks with specialized and technical knowledge to create and maintain accurate data and resolve problems for the control of electronic resources within library systems. Performs complex and specialized technical duties within a library setting to ensure library users have access to electronic resources. Understands the relationship, roles, and impact of electronic resource management and its workflows to library as a whole.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and expertise in one or more areas of information resources and services such as electronic resources management. Requires three years of library experience.
