Position Description: Coordinates Federal Depository Library Program and North Carolina government documents program activities, ensuring adherence to federal and state depository regulations and guidelines. Coordinates and supervises collection management and outreach activities for federal and state publications. Participates in the cataloging of federal and state publications, electronic resources, and maps. Serves as coordinator and hiring supervisor for students and other temporary employees in Special Collections & University Archives. Provides reference services in Special Collections & University Archives and the library’s main research services desk. Supervises two full-time staff, one part-time staff, and student employees.
Qualifications: Graduation from a four-year college or university and one year of experience in a library or archives and/or records management; or high school and five years of such experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience. One year of work experience with government publications; two or more years is preferred.
Salary: $40,948 - $49,377
