Description: This position is responsible for the processing, preservation, bindery preparation and orderly arrangement of materials in the government publications collection and is the backup supervisor for students working in the Government Publications section.
Responsibilities include full MARC cataloging of federal government publications, both serials and monographs. Creates check-in and item records and processes title changes for serial publications. Position also provides public services for Special Collections and University Archives.
Qualifications: Graduation from a four-year college or university and one year of experience in a library or archives and/or records management; or high school and five years of experience in a library or archives and/or records management; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Salary: $36,853 - $41,642
