We know that the problems within our workplace can affect service to our patrons and it is rarely – if ever – a positive effect. So rather than try to pretend everything is hunky dory (gotta love that term!), let’s figure out ways to lessen the tension and friction caused by normal, everyday emotions that we all have from time to time.
