DESRIPTION
The Information Services Associate is responsible for providing customer service to patrons in Information Services. Duties include, but are not limited to, providing patrons with reference services and computer assistance, locating and interpreting various resources, resolving account issues, issuing library cards, processing materials through circulation in a timely and efficient manner, assisting patrons in meeting rooms, shelving and weeding books, and the ability to provide information about the library and community (in person/over phone), and programming.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree, one year of related/customer service experience.
SALARY
$30,000.00
