Description: Braswell Memorial Public Library has an opening for an IT Associate with excellent technology and communication skills. The library employs a hybrid IT system utilizing All-Covered IT management for network security, servers, and switches with on-site computer support. The in-house IT Associate is responsible for troubleshooting computer performance, communication between PCs and print management software, installing updates, patches, etc. on staff and public access computers at all Braswell Library locations. The ability to communicate effectively with members of staff and All Covered personnel is essential. The IT associate will work cooperatively with other library departments on non-IT tasks on an as-needed and available basis.
Qualifications: Two-year degree with focus on technology and at least one year of IT work experience or equivalent combination of education/training and experience.
Salary: $40,000-$43,000
