Description: The Instructional Librarian provides instruction in person and online in the use of library collections and resources across a variety of mediums. They coordinate library instruction requests and maintain instruction statistics for reporting to Campus Librarians. They maintain and create online research guides using multiple tools including but not limited Camtasia, SnagIt, Blackboard, and LibGuides. They solicit feedback from faculty, staff, and students in order to anticipate user needs and recommend resource acquisitions to the Campus Librarian. Assists the Campus Librarian as needed. This is an evening position, located at the RTP Campus.
Qualifications: American Library Association accredited Masters degree in Library Science or Information Science. Two years of experience teaching library skills and using library systems.
Salary: $38,130.75 - $50,535.74
