Description: The Librarian will work under the direct supervision of the Public Services Librarian. This student-focused librarian will create, develop, and facilitate information literacy sessions. In addition, this role will collect and analyze statistical data, participate in library outreach, and provide suggestions for collection development and acquisitions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as a willingness to work cooperatively.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science/Studies from an American Library Association (ALA) accredited institution. One year of professional experience in an academic library. Experience developing and teaching information literacy sessions. Experience using an integrated library information management system (e.g., OCLC/WMS).
Salary: $54,749.38 - $82,124.06
