Description: The Head of Reference Librarian provides leadership to develop and implement library reference services, outreach services, library instructions, collection development, and other library initiatives. The incumbent works with the Director of Library Services to implement the strategic plan of the Chesnutt Library.
Qualifications: ALA-Accredited Master’s degree in Library and Information Science. Ability to work well with diverse populations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Salary: $55,000 - $63,000
