Description: Transylvania County Library is seeking an energetic, team-oriented Youth Services Librarian with a strong public service commitment. This position provides library services and programming for children, teens, and families that reflects the interests and needs of Transylvania County communities. Work is performed under the direction of the Youth Services Manager.
Qualifications: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, with two (2) years of public library experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. North Carolina Public Librarian Certification, or the qualifications necessary to obtain certification upon employment.
Salary: $41,304.70 - $64,022.28
