Description: Under limited supervision, this position has the primary responsibility of overseeing daily operations at Mebane Public Library. The Branch Manager will be responsible for hiring, developing, evaluating performance, and providing feedback and disciplinary action as needed for employees at Mebane Public Library. Within this role the Branch Manager will provide leadership that enables the organization to achieve its goals and sustain its mission.
Qualifications: Master's Degree with 2 to 3 years of professional library experience in a public library with the ability to obtain NC Public Library Certification within six months. OR Some college with 5 or more years fulltime experience working in a public library with supervisory responsibilities.
Salary: $49,380-$59,256
