Description: RPL has multiple openings for part-time Library Associates at RPL-West, RPL-South and RPL-East. Associates circulate materials to the public at circulation desks, process fines, fees and reserve requests, issue library cards, provide operational information and assistance to customers of all ages; assists with collection development, programming and outreach; creates library displays; scheduled up to 16 hours per week as needed; includes evening and weekend work.
Qualifications: Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts, Business Administration, or related field and one year of experience working in a library or public service setting; experience working with children or young adults preferred; bilingual Spanish skills preferred. All degrees must be from an accredited college or university.
Salary: $14.00 - $15.41 / hour
