Needed skills include writing and successfully winning grants; development of innovative programs; financial management, ability to work with boards and advocate for the library within the County budget; an innovative and creative problem solver; a skilled collaborator who easily builds partnerships with community stakeholder groups.
Qualifications: Master's degree in library science from an accredited institution and extensive experience in the planning, development and administration of library services, and three to five years experience in leadership roles. Eligible for NC Public Librarian Certification.
Salary: $50,676 - $53,210
