Description: Library Division Managers or Senior Library Managers work with the Library Director and Deputy Director to provide leadership, administration, as well as strategic and tactical planning, for one of five system resources: Collection Development, Customer Experience, Digital Infrastructure, Facilities, and Staffing. Senior Library Managers work with peers, Library Administration, Library Managers, Library Supervisors, and Community Services Administration to implement programs and initiatives for customers and staff. Additionally, Senior Library Managers supervise Library Managers.
Qualifications: Master's Degree in Librarianship or related field: MLS, MLIS, MIS, ML from an ALA-accredited program or NC program and three years of professional public library experience, including one year of public library management experience.
Salary: $68,180 - $95,450
