Description: The Human Resources Manager is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of training and organizational development for the library. The Human Resources Manager must be prepared to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in all aspects of human resources. This role is unique as it will focus on many centers of HR excellence.
Qualifications: Minimum of four (4) years of experience in training and/or organizational development with a minimum of two years of human resources generalist experience or related experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Learning Management, or a related field.
Salary: $80,610 - $90,000
