Description: The primary purpose of this position is to provide support for all personnel related activities within the Library. Duties include, but are not limited to: assisting supervisors with the full cycle of SHRA/EHRA recruitment and hiring, including employee onboarding and separation; maintaining and updating the EHRA Library Faculty annual review, reappointment and promotion processes, including the associated calendars, memos, and electronic files; facilitating the processes of and troubleshooting any issues with the library’s SHRA and EHRA-NF performance plans and performance reviews; overseeing the Library’s temporary employee request and hiring process; reconciling temporary employees’ payroll; acting as the primary Kronos Timekeeper for the Library; creating training documents, checklists, and presentations around Library and University processes and presenting them to committees, small groups, and large groups; facilitating any training sessions relating to Library and University processes on both a routine and an as needed basis; processing travel requests and moving reimbursements for candidates; maintaining and updating the library intranet directory and organizational charts.

Qualifications: Graduation from a four year college or university; or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

Salary: $37,006 - $42,562
