Description: The Levine Campus Library Specialist provides administrative support, reference and technology assistance at the service desk, and manages daily processes within the Levine Campus library. The position provides high-quality reference services to students, faculty, and staff; assists patrons by handling basic inquiries, requests, and projects requiring independent judgment and basic knowledge in interpreting policies and procedures; trains students, faculty, and staff in the use of library equipment and resources; coordinates basic computer and equipment maintenance; interprets and implements library policy and procedure; plans, organizes, and manages assigned projects; markets and promotes library resources and services; and assists Levine Campus librarians in management and administrative processes.
Qualifications: Associate Degree from a regionally accredited institution and 2 years of work experience in a library; or a combination of completion of collegelevel coursework and work experience equal to 4 years.
