Library Systems Coordinator - Chapel Hill Public Library

Description: This position will focus on administering our Sierra ILS – aka the complex database that is at the heart of all we do. This person will also work with other related library platforms and systems and maintain interfaces between the library's ILS and 3rd-party products. Ensures an engaging, responsive, customer-focused experience for all library customers. Supervises staff in the Library Experience Division: Contributes to hiring, training, and supervision of a friendly, flexible, and customer-focused staff.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience. Minimum three years progressive experience in systems administration and maintenance required. Library experience preferred.

Salary: $43,627 - $57,564
