Description: WCPL is hiring three part-time (20 hours per week) Adult Services Librarians to focus on new adults to seniors. You will work in a community library with a team of Youth Librarians and Library Assistants dedicated to offering quality service and dynamic programming to the community. Beyond developing programs and offering one-on-one services, Librarians provide reference, readers' advisory and circulation assistance. Librarians are offered the opportunity to collaborate with managers and peers; and participate in system initiatives, though on a more limited basis due to the part-time schedule. Qualifications: Master's degree in Librarianship or related field: MLS, MLIS, MIS, ML from an ALA accredited program or NC program No specific experience required Equivalent education and experience are NOT accepted.
