Description: The Part-Time Library Assistant I is responsible for meeting customer service standards, performing circulation desk duties, assisting patrons with various tasks, providing reference and reader advisory services, maintaining library organization, and ensuring public safety. They also fulfill material requests, handle interlibrary loan check-ins, and may provide guidance to pages, volunteers, and interns.
Qualifications: This position requires graduation from high school, along with experience using personal computers and the internet. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of experience and training will also be considered.
