Description: The Town of Clayton is seeking applicants for a Part Time Library Assistant - Youth Services for the Library Department. Duties & Responsibilities Performs responsible clerical and paraprofessional work in the public library system, including circulation, readers’ advisory, and technology assistance. Checks books, CDs, and video equipment in and out; instructs users how to use online materials; empties book drops; provides readers’ advisory services to patrons; helps patrons locate different types of books; shelves books; assists patrons in the location of materials for research or reference.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED.
Salary: $15.00 / hr
