Description: The Meredith College Library seeks a serviceoriented and energetic librarian to support the library’s instructional and archival initiatives. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to take the initiative on projects, build strong connections with students and faculty, and pursue innovative approaches to engage learners in the classroom and online. Qualifications: Master's degree from ALA-accredited library science program. Understanding of archival theory and best practices. Experience with information literacy instruction. Experience with providing research assistance. Effective written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as a team member. Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with culturally diverse communities.
Salary: $42,900 - 49,000
