Description: The Duke University Medical Center Library & Archives is seeking a dynamic and proactive librarian for our Research & Education team with a focus on serving the biomedical research community. The Liaison to Biomedical Research serves as the primary point of contact for research integrity initiatives and groups engaging in biomedical research, including the School of Medicine's basic science graduate programs. The liaison works closely and proactively with the research community, particularly research support offices and the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC). As part of the Research & Education team, the liaison also collaborates with other Research & Education librarians and Duke Health patrons. This position will help shape the library's evolving research impact services. The individual in this position joins a responsive, customer-service oriented department that provides curriculum-integrated instruction, advanced systematic review services, in-depth research consultations, online and in-person help, and research impact services.

Qualifications: Master's degree in Library/Information Science or equivalent combination of other education and experience. Knowledge of library instruction and education services, information and reference services, in-depth database searching strategies, and project management.
