Description: Performs intermediate skilled technical work providing specialized services and programs for the library, preparing monthly statistical reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Library Director. Continuous supervision is exercise of the workflow of the technical services department. The normal work schedule includes: Monday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; at least one Saturday per month.
Qualifications: Master's degree in Library Science from an ALA-accredited school or will be completed within 12 months of appointment, moderate experience working in a public or academic library as a professional librarian, experience in youth services or adult services programming preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Salary: $20.11 - $26.17 / hour
