Welcome to the Re-envisioning Your Public Library Community Toolkit! This site was created to support North Carolina's implementation of The Aspen Institute’s Rising to the Challenge: Re-Envisioning Public Libraries Report and Action Guide for Re-Envisioning Your Public Library. The Action Guide, released in January 2016, contains resources to help library and community leaders determine library goals and action steps, to convene community conversations, and to engage in community outreach.
