Scott Frawley

Originally from St. Louis, Scott has lived in Durham since 2013. He began his career as an archival researcher, then moved into various roles supporting youth education. Scott has worked in preschool classrooms, as a museum programmer, and as a Children’s Services Manager at Durham County Library. Scott joined the State Library of North Carolina in 2025. He provides consulting services focused on Youth Services and intergenerational and multigenerational programming; community outreach; summer learning and CSLP; and providing feedback on grant proposals, including LSTA grants, related to Youth Services. Scott earned his BA from Fordham University and his MLS from North Carolina Central University.
